iugu, a financial management and automation fintech, raised (US$21.3)R$100 million through a receivables investment fund (FIDC), structured by the manager H2Kapital together with Bradesco BBI, which acted as exclusive coordinator.
Pluggy, a fintech specialized in developing APIs to access financial data from Open Finance, has just concluded an extension of the pre-seed round, which had been announced in August last year. With this extension, the company closes the round, raising about R$10 million.
In addition to short-term goals, fintech's big goal for the next few years is to have 1 million POS using their receivables arrangement as a payment method.
